Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment. To process your request, please provide proof of the refund to us. Please note that the decision to grant refunds is at the sole discretion of Consumer Products Innovations.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must submit a high-quality image or video of the product within 7 days of delivery or being deemed lost. Consumer Products Innovations will evaluate the submission and decide whether to issue a refund or replace the product, at our sole discretion.
